Filling out the application on this page will:
Set up a permanent account for you,
but not a credit account; we ask that you pay for your orders with a credit card or having our driver pick up a check until your credit is approved (see below for a credit application).
Assign you a Rabbit Rewards number.
Assign you a username (which will be the same as your Rabbit Rewards number) and a password for future access to this site.
Your account ID, Rabbit Rewards number, and password will be given to you on the page that confirms your registration after you submit this application. With this basic account, you can place an order on the web site or over the phone and pay with a credit card, or place an order over the phone and arrange for our driver to pick up cash or a check.
The confirmation page will also contain a link to print out a credit application, which you can fill out and fax back to us. When your credit is approved, you will be able to place an order and have us invoice you for it.
